Permocoleus wellingtonensis
Taxonomy
Permocoleus wellingtonensis was named by Lubkin and Engel (2005). Its type specimen is MCZ 31136, an elytra, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Tasch Nobel V, Bed 7, which is in an Artinskian lacustrine limestone in the Wellington Formation of Oklahoma. It is the type species of Permocoleus.
