Pseudosaurillus becklesi
Taxonomy
Pseudosaurillus becklesi was named by Hoffstetter (1967). Its type specimen is BMNH R8095, a partial skeleton (mandible, interclavicle, clavicle, humeris, and fragments of the ulna and fibula), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mammal Bed, Durlston Bay (DB83), which is in a Berriasian marine horizon in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Pseudosaurillus.
