Taxonomy
Radulonectites was named by Hayami (1957) [Sepkoski's age data: Tr Anis J Plie Sepkoski's reference number: 159,524]. It is not extant. Its type is Radulonectites japonicus.

It was assigned to Pterioida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Pectinidae by Hayami (1975) and Ros-Franch et al. (2014).
