Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
M. J. Vendrasco et al. 2010Low, cap-shaped shell; broad apex lies flat over short vertical section of shell at anterior or posterior margin (depending on whether animal was exogastric or endogastric); surface of internal moulds rough with pits and faint longitudinal striations.

Shell patelliform, 0.6–0.8 mm long, low (length ⁄ height >2.0), oval aperture, length ⁄ width c. 1.35; apex large, rounded, parallel to aperture; long, narrow internal ridge between apex and sub-apical surface; sub-apical surface vertical; texture on internal mould of round pits, square-shaped depressions and imprints of lamellae. Apex and sub-apical shelf typically have smoother surface than remaining shell surface. In some internal moulds, the imprint of the sub-apical shelf stands out relative to the imprint of the adjacent portions of shell margin.
