Icarosaurus siefkeri

Taxonomy
Icarosaurus siefkeri was named by Colbert (1966). Its type specimen is AMNH specimen, a skeleton (nearly complete skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Granton Quarry, which is in a Norian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Lockatong Formation of New Jersey. It is the type species of Icarosaurus.
