Taeniothaerus quadratiformis
Taxonomy
Taeniothaerus quadratiformis was named by Archbold (1997). Its type specimen is UWA 32316a, a valve (Ventral valve, internal mould), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Glendevon Homestead, Woolaga Creek, Irwin River District, Perth Basin, which is in an Artinskian shoreface sandstone in the High Cliff Sandstone Formation of Australia.
