  • Psammobia cayenensis was named by Lamarck (1818) [DISTRIBUTION: Pleistocene-Recent; cicum-Caribbean.]. It is extant.

    It was recombined as Tellina cayenensis by Holmes (1858); it was synonymized subjectively with Macoma constricta by Hendy et al. (2008).
  • Tellina lateralis was named by Say (1826) [DISTRIBUTION: Pleistocene-Recent; western Atlantic.]. It is extant.

    It was synonymized subjectively with Macoma constricta by Hendy et al. (2008).
