Type specimen: USNM 193334, a set of limb elements (right ulna). Its type locality is Lee Creek Mine, Yorktown Formation, which is in a Zanclean estuary/bay sandstone in the Yorktown Formation of North Carolina.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Lee Creek Mine, Yorktown Formation
