Type specimen: Its type locality is 3-4 miles north of Casa Saman, Chira Valley, which is in a Priabonian marine shale/ash in the Chira Formation of Peru
Ecology: semi-infaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at 3-4 miles north of Casa Saman, Chira Valley
