Type specimen: Museum de Paris, FS 3160, a tooth. Its type locality is Les Beilleaux, which is in a Langhian fluvial sandstone/claystone in France.
Ecology: amphibious piscivore-carnivore
Distribution: found only at Les Beilleaux
