Type specimen: MAE 93-213. Its type locality is Ulaan Khongil, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial gravel in the Hsanda Gol Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore-omnivore
Distribution: found only at Ulaan Khongil
