Type specimen: MGUH17.451. Its type locality is At Olea, at a part of the former quarry over 25 m, which is in a Menevian carbonate limestone/shale in the Andrarum Limestone Formation of Denmark.

Distribution: found only at At Olea, at a part of the former quarry over 25 m
