Type specimen: P 1422/Ko 1980 I-506. Its type locality is Nagyvisnyo 4 borehole, Mihalovits quarry, sample Nv 4/11 f, which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Szentlélek Formation of Hungary.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-suspension feeder

• Triassic of Turkey (1 collection)
• Permian of China (1), Greece (3), Hungary (2), Thailand (3)
