Type specimen: MUCPv-54, a set of postcrania. Its type locality is Boca del Sapo, Universidad Nacional del Comahue, which is in a Santonian fluvial-deltaic sandstone in the Bajo de la Carpa Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Boca del Sapo, Universidad Nacional del Comahue
