Type specimen: LACM 192/2989, a skull (well-preserved cranium with worn teeth, lacking auditory bullae, hamular processes, incisors, right C1, and both P1s)

Ecology: volant omnivore

Distribution: found only at San Josecito Cave (Quaternary of Mexico)
