  • Mylohyus exortivus: USNM 8876, a mandible. Its type locality is Cumberland Cave, which is in an Irvingtonian cave horizon in Maryland.
  • Mylohyus gidleyi: AMNH 23504, a mandible. Its type locality is Seminole Field, which is in a Pleistocene fluvial sandstone in Florida.
