Type specimen: UF 24184, a tooth (left [lower] P4). Its type locality is Love Bone Bed, which is in a Clarendonian marginal marine horizon in the Alachua Formation of Florida.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Love Bone Bed
