- Miohippus annectens: YPM 11275, a set of teeth (eleven upper molar and premolar teeth)
- Miohippus crassicuspis: AMNH 683, a set of teeth (Second and third right upper premolars). Its type locality is Indian Stronghold (Protoceras Channel), which is in a Whitneyan fluvial sandstone in the Brule Formation of South Dakota.

• Oligocene of United States (2: California, South Dakota)
