Alternative combination: Hemiacodon jepseni
Full reference: P. Robinson. 1968. The paleontology and geology of the Badwater Creek area, central Wyoming. Annals of Carnegie Museum 39(19):307-326
Type specimen: PU 16431, a partial skull (r and l dentaries and maxillae with most of upper dentition (except [lower] P2) represented on one or the other tooth row). Its type locality is White River Pocket, which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Uinta Formation of Utah.
Ecology: arboreal insectivore
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
