Type specimen: PU 16431, a partial skull (r and l dentaries and maxillae with most of upper dentition (except [lower] P2) represented on one or the other tooth row). Its type locality is White River Pocket, which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Uinta Formation of Utah.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore

Distribution:

• Eocene of United States (2: Texas, Utah collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
