Type specimen: MNA V4650, a tooth (right M1). Its type locality is Terlingua, which is in a Judithian estuary/bay conglomerate/sandstone in the Aguja Formation of Texas.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Terlingua
