Type specimen: SDSM 55120, a mandible (fragment of left ramus, with broken incisor, slightly worn p4-m1, and the alveoli for m2). Its type locality is Sharps (SDSM V-5360), which is in a Geringian terrestrial horizon in the Sharps Formation of South Dakota.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Sharps (SDSM V-5360)
