Type specimen: PU 10033, a partial skull (Greater portion of the skull and the right ramus of the mandible). Its type locality is Washakie B (Lower), which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Washakie Formation of Wyoming.

• Eocene of United States (7: California, Wyoming collections)
