Type specimen: AD 272'96, a mandible (left mandible with p2-p4 and incisor and canine alveoli). Its type locality is Arrisdrift, which is in a Miocene channel sandstone in Namibia.

Ecology: volant insectivore

Distribution: found only at Arrisdrift
