Type specimen: LACMIP 11365, a shell. Its type locality is CSUN Loc. 1563, Larch Mountain area, Black Hills, which is in a Ypresian sand shoal mudstone in the Crescent Formation of Washington.
Ecology: epifaunal
Distribution: found only at CSUN Loc. 1563, Larch Mountain area, Black Hills
