Type specimen: SMF 06-1 and SMF 09-2, a partial skeleton (Cranium and partial postcranial skeleton consisting of two articulated forelimbs; shoulder and pelvic girdle; 13 dorsal, four sacral and four proximal caudal ve). Its type locality is "Gruhalde" clay quarry, Frick (upper saurian level), which is in a Norian terrestrial horizon in the Klettgau Formation of Switzerland.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at "Gruhalde" clay quarry, Frick (upper saurian level)
