Type specimen: UMNH VP 18878, a tooth. Its type locality is Campbell Canyon, UMNH VP Loc. 77, which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Wahweap Formation of Utah.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Campbell Canyon, UMNH VP Loc. 77
