Type specimen: ANSP 13360, a set of limb elements (left humerus, right ulna). Its type locality is James T. Thomas estate, which is in a Langhian offshore shelf horizon in the Calvert Formation of Maryland.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at James T. Thomas estate
