Type specimens:
- Phyllobrissus freitasii: Its type locality is Lastro, perto de Maroim, which is in an Albian carbonate limestone in the Riacheulo Formation of Brazil
- Stigmatopygus malheiroi: Its type locality is Dombe-Grande (couches à Acteonella anchietai), which is in a Cenomanian marine sandstone in the Coporolo Formation of Angola.

• Cretaceous of Angola (1 collection), Brazil (1)
