Type specimen: MNHN SG.13742, a limb element (right humerus). Its type locality is Saint-Gérand-le-Puy (Milne-Edwards coll), which is in an Aquitanian lacustrine - large sandstone in the Indusial Limestone Formation of France.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Saint-Gérand-le-Puy (Milne-Edwards coll)
