Type specimen: ZIN PH 9/144, a set of vertebrae (atlantal centrum). Its type locality is Berezovsk Quarry, which is in a Bathonian fluvial claystone in the Itat Formation of the Russian Federation.

Ecology: amphibious carnivore

Distribution: found only at Berezovsk Quarry
