Type specimen: Its type locality is Keyser Hill, 27 ft bellow Cocoa sand, which is in an Oligocene marginal marine horizon in Alabama
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-grazer

• Oligocene of United States (1: Alabama collection)
• Eocene of United States (2: Louisiana, Mississippi)
Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
