Type specimen: IRSNB P 9606, an otolith. Its type locality is Peyrehorade, Trompe, which is in a Lutetian marine marl in the Miretrain Marl Formation of France.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Peyrehorade, bridge of ‘la Téoulère’
