Type specimen: UM 91332, a mandible (Right dentary with p4-m3). Its type locality is Divide Quarry, which is in a Paleocene fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the Fort Union Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: amphibious piscivore-durophage

Distribution:

• Paleocene of Canada (1: Saskatchewan collection), United States (2: Wyoming)
