Type specimen: UM 100804, a maxilla (left maxillary fragment with P3– M3 and a partial zygomatic arch). Its type locality is UM BB-38, which is in a Bridgerian terrestrial horizon in the Bridger Formation of Wyoming.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at UM BB-38
