Type specimen: MPCA-Pv SM2, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Salitral Moreno (NH1), which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian fluvial sandstone/sandstone in the Allen Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Salitral Moreno (NH1)
