Sister taxa: Dalaspis boltoni, Dalaspis obsoleta
Type specimen: GSC 122213, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is AN36, which is in a Telychian open shallow subtidal shale/limestone in the Jupiter Formation of Canada.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Silurian of Canada (6: Quebec collections)
Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
