  • Bathylagus angelensis: Its type locality is Bairdstown, which is in a Miocene marine shale/sandstone in the Monterey Formation of California
  • Lygisma tenax: Its type locality is El Modena, which is in a Miocene marine shale in the Monterey Formation of California.
  • Quaesita quiescens: SU 526, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Lompoc Quarry, which is in a Tortonian basinal (siliciclastic) diatomite in the Monterey Formation of California.
