Type specimen: RCPS-CAMHD06-001, a mandible. Its type locality is Gonglantou Oil Shale Mine, which is in a Lutetian mire/swamp shale/coal in the Huadian Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Gonglantou Oil Shale Mine
