Type specimen: MACN A-7780, a limb element (distal humerus). Its type locality is Cerro Observatorio, which is in a Santacrucian terrestrial horizon in the Santa Cruz Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Cerro Observatorio
