Type specimen: MACN Pv 19777, a partial skeleton (partial R hind limb). Its type locality is northwest of Fortress Hill, El Morro, which is in a Maastrichtian marginal marine sandstone in the Snow Hill Island Formation of Antarctica.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at northwest of Fortress Hill, El Morro
