Type specimen: MACN-CH-869, a mandible (Mandibles). Its type locality is Southern Cliff of lower Chubut River Valley, near Gaiman, which is in a Colhuehuapian paralic mudstone in the Sarmiento Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Southern Cliff of lower Chubut River Valley, near Gaiman
