Belongs to Phragmostrophia according to J. G. Johnson 1970
Sister taxa: none
Type specimen: USNM 140409. Its type locality is USNM 10711. In saddle immediately south of "0" in 8081,, which is in an Emsian carbonate limestone in the McColley Canyon Formation of Nevada.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution:
• Devonian of Canada (7: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Yukon Territory collections), the Russian Federation (1), United States (7: Nevada)
Total: 15 collections each including a single occurrence
