Type specimen: GSM 1503, a set of postcrania (Partial left forelimb). Its type locality is Mnevniki (Ichthyosaur locality), which is in a Tithonian marginal marine sandstone in the Russian Federation.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Mnevniki (Ichthyosaur locality)
