Type specimen: F:AM 54139, a partial skeleton (eft mandible with canine alveolus, p1–2, broken roots of pathologic p3, complete p4–m3, with most of the ascending ramus, articular condyle, and angular process). Its type locality is Guernsey, which is in a Harrisonian terrestrial horizon in the Marsland Formation of Wyoming.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Guernsey
