Its type locality is Khermin Tsav, Bird's Hill (PIN coll. 4492) [SMPE], which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Khermin Tsav, Bird's Hill (PIN coll. 4492) [SMPE]
