Type specimen: UMUT MV28460-1, a tooth. Its type locality is Sample 1675, Taho Limestone, Shirokawa-cho, Higashiuwa-gun, which is in an Anisian marine limestone in the Taho Limestone Formation of Japan.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution:
