Type specimen: UATF-V-000127, a partial skull (partial cranium containing much of the cranial vault, palate with right and left Mf1- 3s, an isolated tooth (Mf4?), and a small portion of the basicranium conta). Its type locality is Salla, which is in a Deseadan terrestrial horizon in the Salla Formation of Bolivia.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
