Type specimen: MDS BK10-01 to 15, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Ban Kalum, Tang Vay, which is in an Aptian terrestrial horizon in the Grès supérieurs Formation of Laos.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Ban Kalum, Tang Vay
