Type specimen: MNHN-LP-R. 55170, a wing (Also includes portion of thorax). Its type locality is Dauphin, Bois d'Asson (MNHN coll.), which is in a Rupelian lacustrine horizon in France.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at Dauphin, Bois d'Asson (MNHN coll.)
