Type specimen: OMNH 58158, a shell (near complete shell). Its type locality is Buckshot Arroyo (OMNH VP locality no. V671), which is in a Hemphillian terrestrial sandstone in the Rexroad Formation of Oklahoma.

Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore

Distribution: found only at Buckshot Arroyo (OMNH VP locality no. V671)
